After reading the posting from Christine Hamp, I asked Empowered Legacy to do three jobs for me. The work is truly spectacular, and I want to recommend them to the list.

Jeff replaced my shed's leaking cedar shake shed roof with architectural tiles; then he repaired and reglued seven fragile and broken antique dining room chairs; finally, he restored an antique oak outside door in terrible condition, taking it apart, removing rotted wood, repairing the buckling veneer, reviving the finish, sealing the door and window against future leaks, and fixing the lock and doorknob so, for the first time, they work perfectly. I am so impressed with Jeff's knowledge, his craftsmanship, and his attention to every detail of three very different jobs, and I highly recommend Empowered Legacy. I already asked him to come back for more small projects in my beloved 1920s house.

I've procrastinated about a few projects around the house for "years." I'm sure I thought retirement would allow me time to get them done. However, this was not the case. In the meantime, the projects (outside the house) have gotten worse. After seeing Christine's email, I asked Empowered to look at and help me get three tasks done. What would have taken me a month (or more) to finish, Jeff was able to do in less than a day. More important, the work was first-rate and professionally done. No question, I will have them back for other issues that come up. But this time, I won't wait as long!

Just wanted to sing the praises of Jeff Hamp of Empowered Legacy, LLC. He did excellent work for me when I got my house last year: shortening counters, finishing trim on an external door, repairing a split door jamb, correcting some electrical wiring, and installing rain gutters. I highly recommend him!

I am a 1st-time (scared) homeowner, and Jeff came to connect my fridge to the water supply. Compared to everything that has been mentioned here, this seems like an easy job, BUT I think he saw how sacred I was about being a 1st-time homeowner, and he went above and beyond to point out things I need to watch for, maintain, etc. Highly recommend them!

Here's another testimonial for Jeff and Christine. We had two jobs that seemed nigh impossible: reshingling a small part of our garage roof where a huge tree had grown into it, and reinstalling a gigantic second floor window that had blown out in a storm. Jeff has experience in every aspect of construction, and since our job required renting a lift, he was very mindful of costs.
